You will complete two types of jump cuts. The video will walk you through how to do both.

Editing Task

1) Show the runner progressing through time by eliminating gaps. You will take one long, continuous clip of about 30 seconds and break it down until it is about 5 seconds. 

2) Emphasize what the lady is saying on the phone by jumping to a zoomed-in view. This is a common technique when you want to emphasize a point. Think of it as visual equivalent of italics or underline. It creates emphasis. 

Deliverable

• Use the Project Structure to keep files organized. Delete any folders you are not using.

• Export your 2 video files. Ensure they are in your Exports folder.

• Include your PremierePro project file at the root of your folder

• Upload to your OneDrive (entire folder)

• Share the URL when submitting.
