Digital Communication Management

In this opening module, you are introduced to the client challenge, the structure of the course, and the idea of a digital communication system. 

You will learn how to see beyond what users experience on the surface by distinguishing between the frontstage experience and the backstage processes that power it. 

You will also work with a shared practice case that runs throughout the semester, giving you hands-on experience identifying users, mapping workflows, understanding data needs, and recognizing the backend systems that support digital communication before you apply these skills to your team client project.
